Jim Snavely brings over 25 years of church planting experience and innovation to Go2. Namely, his Church Planter Assessment System, a multi-dimensional process which not only measures the level of preparedness of potential church planters but also identifies their strengths, abilities and areas of giftedness, allowing them to be better prepared for their positions and opportunities. Jim has also trained a number of leaders to serve as coaches for church planters, people who stand alongside them in accountability and mentoring roles.
An active recruiter of church planters, Jim has developed a crucial network infrastructure of support and assessment, including workshops, interacts, and retreats. Additionally, he provides networking opportunities for local churches, pastors, and businesspeople who have an interest in and passion for church planting.
