Steve Galegor, Jr. presently oversees Albanian church planting among the Albanian diaspora. Albanian nationals have suffered much through the years because of ethnic tension in the Balkans. Steve, working through the BILD Network, has been developing church planting leaders in both Albania and America for many years.
Steve spent five years as a missionary in Albania and he continues that work among Albanians who have come to the U.S. in search of new opportunities and a better life. Working from his base in Northern New Jersey, Steve strives to raise up church planting leaders from within the cultural communities that are forming as Albanians continue to emigrate to North America.
This process of building relationships and discipling begins with the basics, with Steve seeing to it that those in need can access ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, by meeting with Albanian men and women for informal Bible Studies, and using his network of contacts and sphere of influence within the Albanian community to help Albanian immigrants make the contacts necessary to transition into their new lives.
He continues his work through the ministry of Go2 Church Planting Ministries in forming new congregations among the Albanian immigrants of New York, other cities of North America, and Albania.
